About the role
We’re hiring a full-time B2B Content Lead to own SLNG’s external written content and social presence.
This is not a brand or campaign marketing role. It’s an execution-heavy operator role focused on speed, iteration, and technical clarity.
You’ll be responsible for shipping content continuously across social, blog, website, and customer proof — keeping SLNG’s narrative current as the AI infrastructure landscape evolves.
What you’ll own
Social content (primary distribution)
Ship 4–7 posts per week across LinkedIn (primary) and X (secondary)
Maintain a consistent technical narrative across founder and company channels
Convert raw inputs (calls, notes, Looms) into publishable content quickly
Iterate continuously based on what resonates
Technical blog and editorial
Produce 2–4 high-quality blog posts per month
Write credibly about deployment, inference, latency, compliance, and scaling
Create durable technical assets, not generic marketing content
Website and content surface operations
Own ongoing website messaging and proof points
Maintain and expand Accelerators (playbooks/templates)
Ship at least one meaningful website/content iteration per week
Customer proof and case studies
Turn customer wins into clear, credible written assets
Build a library of proof for technical buyers and enterprise teams
Newsletter (lightweight)
Own a simple monthly newsletter
Repurpose existing content into a consistent outbound cadence
How you’ll work
Weekly working session with the founders
Async inputs throughout the week
You own the content backlog, calendar, publishing, and iteration loop
Minimal review cycles — autonomy and trust to ship are expected
Requirements (non-negotiable)
Operator mindset
You ship fast and consistently
You’re comfortable publishing v1 and iterating
You don’t need heavy briefs or long approval cycles
Infrastructure comfort
You can write accurately and confidently about:
AI inference and deployment
Latency and performance trade-offs
Multi-region systems and compliance constraints
Developer tooling and enterprise infrastructure realities
Writing and editing
Strong B2B writing and editing skills in English
Ability to compress complex systems into clear, high-signal content
No fluff, no hype
Tools
Comfortable working in a CMS and operating across social platforms
Able to publish and iterate independently
Experience
3–8 years in B2B SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or technical AI environments
Prior ownership of a content surface (not just contribution) is strongly preferred
Nice to have
Some product marketing exposure (bonus only)
SEO fundamentals
Familiarity with developer communities
What success looks like after 60 days
Consistent social output across LinkedIn and X
Blog and website are actively evolving, not static
Accelerators and proof points stay current
SLNG narrative is technically credible and clearly differentiated
Increased inbound conversations with the right technical audience
